Kenya set to host CHAN 2025 and AFCON 2027: Sports PS tells Regional Integration Committee

The Principal Secretary (PS) for the State Department for Sports, Mr. Elijah Mwangi has revealed that Kenya is on the track to host the 9th edition of the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) 2025 and the 36th edition of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2027.

House Committee inspects Defence Forces Memorial Hospital

The National Assembly Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations, led by Vice Chair Hon. Maj. (Rtd) Bashir Abdullahi, conducted an inspection visit to the Defence Forces Memorial Hospital (DFMH) in Nairobi.

IN PICTURES|| The Senate Finance and Budget Committee jointly with the National Assembly Committee on Finance and National Planning this morning conducted approval hearings of nominees for appointment as members of the Central Bank of Kenya's Board of Directors at County Hall, Parliament Buildings. 

The approval hearings come after H.E. the President Dr. William Ruto nominated FCPA Sophie Moturi, CPA Abdullahi Abdi, Ms Beatrice Kosgei and Mr David Owuor for appointment to serve in the Board.
