The House Business Committee Members include the Speaker of the National Assembly (Chairperson), the Leader of the Majority Party, the Leader of the Minority Party, and the Whips of both parties. 

As well as the recently appointed Members including Hon. Omboko Milemba, Hon. Robert Mbui, Hon. Faith Wairimu Gitau, Hon. Samuel K. Chepkonga, Hon. Adan Wehliye Keynan, Hon. Tom Joseph Francis Kajwang’, Hon. Sarah Paulata Korere, Hon. Joshua Mbithi Mwalyo and Hon. Umul Ker Kassim Sheikh. 

The House Business Committee's mandate includes preparing and adjusting the Parliamentary Calendar with the House's approval, monitoring and overseeing the implementation of House business and programs, implementing Standing Orders related to the scheduling or programming of House business and the functioning of its Committees, prioritize House Business with the concurrence of the Leader of the Majority Party or the Leader of the Minority Party.
